Can I start and stop my subscription anytime? Yes, you may start or stop your subscription by going to the desktop version of the app. In your subscriptions (under account settings) you can cancel your subscription with one click.
How do I switch programs? Message us directly through the app, and we are happy to set you up with a new program! Please expect a response within 48 hrs. We have options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs. When you are ready to move on to a new one let us know.

What are the main differences between the beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs? The beginner program (3-days per week + 2 optional core/cardio days) has no barbell movements; only dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines. The intermediate program (4 days per week + 1 optional core/cardio day) has barbells but less volume (exercises and sets) than our advanced program (5 days per week). We hope to expand and create more program options in the future and rely on your feedback!
