Each private coaching experience is unique to the individual we are training. We both been fitness coaches for young and old individuals, individuals with various injuries, and athletes alike. Every session is what you want to make of it.

Our Methods
We both use a variety of free-weight exercises and machines to get you to your goals. At our Santa Cruz-based coaching location, the Westside Toadal Fitness, our exercise options are endless. There are dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, TRX bands, resistance bands, machines, and more!

When you enter a session with us, we ask you what you want to work on for the day. This could be something as simple as telling us that you want a full-body workout for the day. We will go over each exercise multiple times, so that you feel confident to practice your workouts during the week.

Our goal is to help you avoid plateaus, by giving you all of the tools you will need. We are always happy to adjust your coaching sessions to fit your evolving needs.
